ok first, I admit that I am a retard. Now I just want to know how to fix it.
i have a 2006 kenworth T2000 with a Cat engine. it was on less than 1/4 of a tank, but i decided to wait and fuel when I heading out. I parked but let the engine idle. it started to shutter and i turned it off right away. but now Im sitting here 40 yards from the pump and it wont start back up. I put 5 gallons in from a gas can hoping that would help, but no luck. please help.
I ran out of fuel

If you cannot find the primer on the engine, go get some starting fluid from the store or where ever you are at. Spray a little in the air filter and try to start it.

If you have a c-15. Filter is driverside close to firewall. Carefully I repeat slowely unscrew and fill with diesel from gas can. Screw back on, wipe exceeds off filter to see if its leaking. Turn her over till she starts. You will need a filter wrench just saying

Use the primer pump and crack open the rear injector line. Keep pumping until you see fuel coming out of the line. Tighten the fitting and tight the hand pump and fire her up
