I need to work, lost my job.

    Short story..
    I drove for those 1099 Chicago small companies running Amazon
    They had those camera as they said it triggered me driving 57 on 35 and was fired
    I totally believe they made this up cause I don’t recall ever doing that.

    So now I’m 2 months out of work..
    I applied for 10s of companies literally.

    I live in the Sin City
    I have 11 months experience
    Clean record no citations tickets or any DOT violation.

    Now the only companies willing to take me are.
    Danny Herman
    Marten OTR
    Pride WESTERN
    KKW WESTERN
    Ashley PTP

    I know they’re not the best but I did applied to tons and those what came down to.
    I don’t wanna risk and join a bad company and regret.
    I’m a hard worker and can drive my whole my whole clock, every day, night driving not an issue.. I just gotta work and take care of my family.

    Of those -- I would choose Marten first (if they will take you). Good pay structure. Guaranteed minimum pay, in many cases.

    Also: they will pay you pretty decent -- if you deem that you need to shut down for bad weather and/or bad roads.

    Suggestion: watch your speed from here on -- CDL carriers don't like drivers with heavy feet. :(

    That is probably the biggest hurdle you have right now. Along with that previous employer saying you were terminated for safety reasons, if that is what they are saying at all. Just pick one of the companies you named that you think is best for your needs, stick with them a year, and go on your way to greener pastures.
