    ####, I was heading west on I80 and shut down at the Bloomsburg TA at exactly 1245 PM. There was a 3 mile traffic backup due to the construction there so decided to just shut down until tonight and avoid the traffic. Just missed it by 15 minutes apparently.

    This is just speculation, but I'd say chances are someone came flying up on the traffic stoppage and failed to stop in time. Where the accident happened is right about where the traffic backup was starting to build at that time. That backup sure has built up since the accident that's for sure.

    Kinda surprised if that was the case. Usually the HP has a car facing traffic with lights going about a half mile from the start of the backup...

    There wasn't one there today, and I rolled by there about 15 minutes before it happened. Looks based on Joseph's pictures the accident happened right after the crest of a hill.
