    I could rebuild the engine (swap out the POS Holset turbo for a Garrett model for starters) and drop it into a glider (preferably a cabover).

    Doesn’t take much. It was reportedly raining at the time of the accident.If the truck was heading eastbound on 64 it’s a downhill slope.If the driver was going fast enough he/she may have been going fast enough to hydroplane and jackknife!
