Take into consideration the total length, longer length means more weight. I would say the truck in the photo weighs about 12,000 lbs. Could be off a few lbs.:biggrin_25516:

i also want to know if you need a CDL to drive that truck. the one the guy has is identical to this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lZo3-VCuu5w except i think it has a manual transmission. I talked to this guy that drove one of these<link removed by moderator> and he said he didnt need a class B to drive it just a class C. So im just trying to clear things up

EDIT: my bad for the link. the guy drove a 24 ft Mitsubishi Fuso FM-MR

If it is over 26000 you have to have your class b's.

I used to drive a F650 with a 26' box and liftgate. It was tagged for 26000 and empty but full of fuel weighed 14500. You didn't need a CDL because it didn't have air brakes. Just needed an F endorsement because it was commercial. The last straight truck I drove was a cabover Isuzu. Gvw 14500 tagged for 16000. You needed a CDL for it though because of a mounted 190gal liquid oxygen tank. (Hazmat) The other drivers didn't even have F endorcements because they didn't have to haul over 1000lbs of oxygen.

usually up to 33,000 gvwr but depends on the model. Some of them are rated 26,000 or less to be under the cdl limit.
