It's not really that kind of ticket. But they do get costly and add on the CSA score I believe. Weigh your wagon every time. Even if you have to go out of the way.

I know a guy that just found out he has 38 over weight tickets in the last 10 years. Just got turned down to pull where I do. He hasn't lost his license yet.

but does go on your DAC?

It's really just a fine, you won't lose your license, and no there are no CSA points or anything else..
Jake The Bullhauler Thanks this. -
You could still lose the license. Depending on how the state your licensed in works. I'm from WA state and lost mine for thirty days several years ago for to many tickets in a 12 month period. Had four overweight tickets. These were from hauling our own trailers out of the fields during harvest. hauling grain and spuds. DOT love roadside inspections during harvest around here. I would be so sure about them not showing up on CSA report either. At our last audit the officer told us anything gotten in a CMV will show up on it. I don't care to be the first to find out.

is it from no access to a scale, to check, (hopefully) ?? have an air pressure guage installed on the tractor suspension, trailer also. bulk tanker yanker have them to judge how much is being loaded.

If you could lose your license over it I'd have lost mine a long time ago..
