Guess it depends on state. Ticket in Tn. And Nc gave me four points.

It all depends on the state you live in, here in New Jersey it's 2 points.

 

uh..well.......in Mass at one time, one was charged with speeding, and driving to endanger......

if i can find that, i will post it. but at the moment, i am in no hurry to do so.

 

If your Violation Code (Section) is 392.2 then it falls under Reckless Driving category which is 5 points (and multiplied by 3yrs) = 15 points total. Each year you are Violation free 5 points fall off. By end of year 3 you're back to zero.
