How do you guys run payroll?

Wait a minute y’all get paid?

 

I have an accountant, charges $150 per month but that includes doing my taxes at the end of the year. I submit how much to pay each driver, he cuts checks, my wife picks up checks and deposits into drivers accounts, takes pic of pay stubs and sends to drivers. Tax man also submits taxes withheld to govmt every week.

 

Do ourselves with QuickBooks and send ach through local banks website.

Yup, best way send the payroll to the service they tell my wife how much to transfer to the payroll account. Goes out direct deposit, with a paper check stib mailed.
