How can I get my e logs from last year

I am under audit right now for per diem year 2011 my tax man sent my settlement sheets or called pay stubs for the year comes to about 100 pages and shows where i picked up and delivered loads and he said it should b all i need . If you are looking for them to file tax returns you don't need them . Why do you want them ?

 

AFAIK the carrier is only required to keep the logs for 6 months. The qualcomm system dumps them after 6 months as well. You neglecting to request or retrieve those logs within that time frame is completely on you.

 

should be a website you can access them from, your company should have provided you info on how to retrieve them.

 

Good point forgot that ! Yes those logs are gone no company keeps them past 6 months

 

Mine keeps them for 5 years.

And a lawsuit ? I don't know if they are required to give them to you any ways ? Every one is so quick to threaten "lawsuit " over nothing

 

The logs are THEIR logs, not your's , you're SOL.

But everyone says ELogs are so great............
