Thinking about driving for Hobby Lobby and was hoping to get some pros and cons about working for them. I appreciate the help.

I've been here at Hobby Lobby for 6 years now. You need a team driver, or be willing to team. Dedicated routes. Deliver to HL stores, and there's over 1000 of them now. Home 2 1/2 days a week, usually weekend. Excellent benefits, pay, top equipment, bonuses. Best company I've ever worked for.
FullMetalJacket, Lonesome and lual Thank this. -
Do you need a hazmat and/or a tanker endorsement to drive at HL?

No. Dry van only. They have a few doubles routes though.

Team driving only? No thanks I’ll pass. Truck is small enough for me. Don’t want to have smell someone else’s farts too.
Speed_Drums Thanks this. -
Oh yeah, they do have some solo drivers. You have to live near OKC or Dallas tho.Lonesome, FullMetalJacket, Speed_Drums and 1 other person Thank this. -

I wish they had solo runs. Would love to work for them. Dream company. All volvo fleet! Haha. I’d only team with a significant other. Otherwise not worth it for me.

Yep, not for me. This truck ain't big enough for the both of us. I don't care HOW good the company is. Forcing you to live in a 6 foot box with another human should only be something that you are told to do by a judge sentencing you to prison time.
hope not dumb twucker and CorsairFanboy Thank this. -
CorsairFanboy Thanks this.
