    Ohhhhhh. I was under the impression that when a company does a background check (on new drivers too) they use HireRight as one tool. Oops.

    But the ones giving the reports to Hireright are (generally) trucking companies. You just haven't ticked them off yet...:biggrin_2559:

    They are basically a credit reporting agency.

    Check your credit score,

    if you never had a credit card or loan ......nothing shows,....same thing with hireright...

    The company must report to dac and if they are not involved with dac you will have no record as well, this came from a very seasoned owner operator with a fleet of rigs.

    How long has hireright or DAC reports been around,
    I quite driving around 94-95, Do I have a report?

    Also I went to their website and they want your social sec.# is that safe to do?
