Yep you read it right.
I worked for Core-Mark for 2 years and Walgreens/ CPC for about 6 months. Im an experienced backer at tight places crowded with cars so thats not an issue. Its just what Im used to.
Anyone work for any of the dollar store accounts? How/what was your schedule, pay, and management? Any other high paying jobs with overnights in the truck and touch deliveries?
Ive been OTR the past 4 weeks now at a company where all I do is drive. I like living and sleeping in the truck but I hate not getting out to do deliveries. I overnight at planet fitness as often as I can but cant always park there, or it isnt on the route, etc.
Call me a lumper with a CDL i dont care. At least I qualify for a 2 year med card (zing)

Ryder has positions where there drivers unload freight at Ace hardware.
Any trailer you see that has a lift gate might fit the bill. I see R + L Carrier 53 foot trailers with lift gates. Same with Estes. Any LTL company would have some amount of touch freight.
Perhaps @Chinatown could offer some suggestions.Blagoje Thanks this. -
Don't forget to post your location. How come you left those 2 gigs? They seem like good places to work. If you like to do the physical work, I'd look at flatbed companies.
