I cant seem to figure out what is wrong with my Cascadia. I got the dpf filter cleaned, changed the sensors on the dpf...It was giving EGR Actuator code and high soot level...I replaced the egr actuator and doser injector + gasket...After replacing that, truck ran a regen for two hours until i interrupted the process because it was taking too long. I dont understand why its still giving soot level high and giving stop engine light / check engine light...Its driving me nuts!

Let it run the regen until it wants to stop... I had one in my Volvo go for over 2 hours once when I got some poor quality def. Not sure if that will fix it or not but thats where I would start.

Use dddl to monitor the DOC temperature, you suppose to have DOC reach from 450-650* before the doser star inject fuel into DOC.
In normal condition, ur DOC will reach from 600-750 max, DPF and Canister ( if equiped ) will reach above 1100 but not more than 1250*.
Sound like you have low temp regen issue, using socket and wrench 10-14 to open the 7th injector located right behind the turbo outlet, remove the injector first, and then remove the 2 bolt on his block, bench the block away from the hole of the exhause ( no need to remove coolant line )to get access behind the block, then and clean the 1inches hole, 9 out of 10 truck having problem here if low temp issue during regen.
Nomal system will take about 35-45 min max for complete, if sooner than that or longer than that then no good need identity future problem.
    Best of luck to you.

The high soot level just means it is requesting a regen, it probably won't finish a regen because of the EGR fault. The only time the DPF needs replaced or baked is if there is an Ash Clean Request. Unless it was face plugged.

I have repaced the 7th injector, behind it was all carbon built up i broke it down with a chisel, stuck a brush in there cleaned it out fully, put new doser injector along with the gasket, same issue.

I then replaced the doser block, same issue,

    then replaced the egr actuator

when it wants to do a regen, egr actuator code pops up regen now stops...looks like i may need to bypass the DPF!
