So I have 2 accidents on my mvr one was just a bumper touch no damage to his car but I guess the guy wanted money so he filied it. The other was big accident on a tight left curve the off track of my trailer crossed over the double yellow line on a 2way Highway and the guy hit my tires so they blamed me bc the tires crossed the double yellow line but I had no room on my right side. Anyways those are the accidents I’m 23 years old with 3 years of experience on flatbed is there any insurance who will get me?

Are you talking about as an owner op or hiring on as a driver? If owner op do you mean with your own authority?

It’s going to be super expensive. But you can get it.

I don't know if this insurance is good or not.
Maybe a last resort.

You are 23 years old, you have two major accidents on your MVR and they are both most likely DOT Recordable ( FMCSA 390.15). To have any shot at getting insurance, you will most likely need to install some type of accident avoidance technology on your equipment.
You should also contact your state trucking association as well as OOIDA, to see if they can offer you some guidance and assistance. -
Of course it was your fault, not supposed to cross that double line.
I would think you are looking at $30k a year but I could be wrong, it could be more. I talked to someone (age 27) who had two preventables, one really stupid (uturn) and one moronic (got stuck on a bridge that said NO TRUCKS - couldn't go a half mile down the road to go on the other side) and he had quotes in the low to mid $40s. -

Most of the insurance companies I've worked with had a limit of one preventable, at fault accident in the past 3 years [on average some longer!] so you face a 'Catch 22" where most won't insure you until the first accident is over 3 years old so you need to find someone, almost anyone, who's insurance will cover you and stay there, accident free, for a few years...otherwise you face a gap of 'driving' employment that can/will have insurance companies looking closer at your record.
Once the newest accident is over 3 years old you should be 'approvable' most anywhere.Rubber duck kw Thanks this. -
You need to wait 3 to 5 years for those accidents to pass . Than maybe it might be affordable and that's a big maybe . You have to treat your CDL and your driving record likes its life and death .
