Help! T Check

Yes. I made electronic deposits into Wells Fargo and Chase.

 

We had to get a hard check to deposit into our bank PNC... called T-Check and they mailed us a handful, so now have some at home and some on the truck... Truck stops will cash up to I think $900 at a time, but they charge like wounded bulls.

 

You have to deposit it on a paper check. Before you do, see a banker and explain how it works. That is, it acts like a money order once they get the authorization code and write it in the space for it on the check. You'll probably have to go through it for the manager too. The branch should have some kind of procedure book that covers fuel card checks as well. Ask if they have one to verify what you tell them. Unless you happen to be at a branch near truck terminals where they probably seen one before.
