You can start by seeing if it has an air supply. Should be a quick connect on the 1/4” airline between the seat button and floor. If not, you can disconnect it at the button, or cut the airline, splice in a QC coupler, or even an small air gun kit, if you don’t already have one. If there’s no air supply. You can trace the airline under the cab, see if it’s disconnected or crimped anywhere. Once you know there’s an air supply, you can check for air beyond the button on the seat. No air, bad button. Not much left to check, unless the airline is kinked between the button and the seats airbag. Worst case scenario is to test the seat by hooking up the air supply from drivers seat, to passengers seat. Making sure the seat works. Then if you can’t figure out the original air supply problem, simply splice in a T from Drivers supply to passengers side. Best to do it under the cab, where it isn’t seen. I’d rather find the problem, if there’s no air supply. The line could be crimped off somewhere, either intentionally or just pinched. That way you won’t have any surprises later, if it starts leaking under the cab somewhere.

We've had some issues on our KW's with the "express down" button sticking....oval button towards the front
of the seat. Won't let it air up, just a thought.
