I have a constant leak from what appears to be the green hose, where it meets the valve. Is it a bad valve or is it just a bad fitting on the hose? How do I repair it? Do i just pull the hose or do i pull the entire brass fitting?

I have also noticed a leak when i press on the brake pedal. I think its coming from the leveling valve though. Are they connected or do I need to pinpoint which drum or brake line is leaking? Could it be the green hose?

Pull out the line, trim off a 1/2inch, and try to reseat it. If it still leaks replace the valve. Also spray it with some soapy water to see if the leak is coming from the line fitting or elsewhere.

Use some soapy water to confirm where the leak is.

Spray soap and water on the hoses and look for bubbles. Those are push on fittings. IIRC to release the hose from the fitting you need to push in on the hose, pull back on the little collar, then pull the hose out.

The air suspension leveling valve shouldn't be interconnected with the service brakes.

    To release a quick connect:
    • Bleed off air pressure.
    • Push inward on the tube.
    • Simultaneously push inward on the small collar.
    • Hold collar in.
    • Pull tubing out.

Those push in plastic fittings are a joke. Bleed off air and see if it will push in more. Or like one post said pull off line cut half inch off and push back in.

Do not cut tubes it will not help. just go to the Volvo dealer near you and buy new O-rings and collars, It is cheap.
Repalce all O rings and collars one at the time so you don't mess tube location. You can post picture for everyone how is O-rings cracked and dry. Search on youtube how it to do

Volvo uses brass quick disconnect fittings, not plastic, and cutting off the air line doesn't work, you need to replace the brass fitting with a new one and your leak will be fixed.

The leak is caused by a non serviceable O-ring inside the brass fitting.

It is s common problem after so many years.

The valve in the picture has non serviceable quick disconnect fittings, you may need to replace the whole valve.

It's a Volvo, you'll Fix one air leak, and a day later you'll have another air leak.
