I need some ideas on mounting my 32in tv in my cascadia. I don't really want to drill holes but I will if I must. I only have a year lease on it. I WILL be upgrading in a year need a better APU its 87 outside and 86 in here with the idle free running. (truck is now running to cool me off) but sorry any help would be great. before you say it 32in is a bit bigger then I needed/wanted but the price was good.

At Walmart I bought a "flat screen strap mount". Just a strap with reinforced eyelets. (It's designed to stabilize a TV on an entertainment unit). Connected the eyelets to the TV and tied the trap to the upper bunk support. I duct taped a towel behind it to protect the TV in transit. No problems.
I also have the Cascadia till October. Just want to get thru the 1st year.

    tazman74 Thanks this.

my tv is 24 inches, but it might still work for you.. mine is mounted to the side wall of the cabinet behind the passenger seat with 2 c clamps and a swivel wall mount.

it will probably take a beating going down the road, you could always leave it laying on the bunk and just hang it on the mount when you're parked for the night.

I built a wood mount for my 32" TV that wraps around the top bunk, folds up flat against it for transport, and swings down for viewing while laying in bed...

Check out my thread North by Northeast for pics....

I wouldn't go drilling holes in a lease truck if you're planning to turn it back in. They might charge you to replace any panels that you've drilled through/into. They want the trucks turned in in nice shape for the next driver, not full of holes. Sadwar had a cool setup.

I think I will be doing that. I did call my finance rep and he said it's ok to mount a TV mount but it stays with the truck.
