So yeah my body screwed me over again, but possibly gonna find out about some hidden stuff I didn't know about. In the meantime physical expires in June and I definitely don't want to go back to the industry. But waiting on disability is a joke and trucking is all I know. I mean I could most likely pass a physical but at the same time I know better not to try. Only problem is I can't do work that requires standing, and there really isn't many office jobs in my area. Make things worse I don't have a car no more.
I wish disability would get there crap together and give me my handouts already, cause even if I found something I could do they probably wouldn't hire me do to health issues even if that's discrimination.
So once my physical expires do I need to go to DMV to get a regular license or I just keep card as is
I'm thinking maybe school bus driving but that's even more risky especially dealing with kids. I don't know but I'm going insane and I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. I'm in Illinois so I'm sure if I really wanted I just go find a Chicago company to work for but oh my I know that won't end well they never do
Health again blah

Did you notice that in every line of a possible solution in your post, you immediately shot it down with a negative outcome before you even tried.. Get out of your head. You can't hit a home run if you don't step up to the plate!

Okay, I can understand you are upset, and waiting for disability, you will. It's one of the hardest govt. programs to get into, most because of fraud. Please don't say, "trucking is all I know", a common cop out and you are selling yourself short. PLENTY of GOOD jobs out there, many pay as much as trucking and NO, or very little restrictions. If health conditions limit your job choices, it's too late to magically repair that, and better off setting your sights on things you can do. You won't get any human transport jobs either, but maintenance is huge today, if you are handy. Hang in there, trucking in the future is a losing game, and be grateful you got out now.
