Other night I turned on the switch for the headlights and it took about 10 to 15 seconds
before they came on. They also blinked off then on few times before I finished my run. Last night I started out and it flashed a headlamp fault on my dash then went away. All night they blinked off then on again one time. Could this just be a bad switch???

Could be .... could be a number other things (harnesses). Troubleshooting electrical issues in complex vehicles is not typically an easy process but I would start with the switch. Good luck. Having it pause 10-15 seconds would lead me to want to also consider a low voltage situation if the switch checked out ok. These systems today have relays that require so much voltage or it's a no-go. Do the lights cut out only at low rpm or idle?

Are these HID? They need lots of juice to initially ignite so a bad connection and they'll have trouble getting lit.

So far only blinked off and on going down the highway. After trying to troubleshoot it myself last night I decided to roll it in to Pete in fontana. I was pretty good at wiring and electrical with my old 379. I'd like to think it is something simple but I need to be realistic here

I'm in a 386,.. though mine is an 08. I had to have the entire front wiring harness replaced. Mechanic told me it was a common problem with the 386. On some the steering arm hits the group of wires there at the box next to the radiator. Yours being a 2012 should have been corrected.

Mine had one side (Driver side) with the high beam stuck on as soon as the lights were on and the running light portion was out. The daytime running lights were not working at all. The other side had intermittent moments where the light would go out all together, hit a bump and it would come back on.

Havent had any problems since the wiring was redone. Had a bulb go out a month ago and I was like here we go again. But turned out to be just the bulb. I am pretty anal when it comes to all my lights and signals working properly.

Check the connectors on either side of the radiator.
