Few days ago I was real close on my clock, likely would have gone over a few minutes. It was close to midnight and so I go and drive straight through even while knowing perfectly well about the No Through Truck sign. Saw only a couple other trucks the whole time. Which is probably why it was running so smoothly being that we are outlawed going through town.
Saved me from running out of time. Just wondering if anyone has ever gotten stopped before, does law enforcement ever really pull over a truck to check and make sure they have a local delivery for those No Through Truck roads?
Have you ever gotten in trouble for driving through Atlanta on I-20?

Dont try that on 75/85
-
You don't period.
I don't care what that ELD said, you passed like 12 truckstops to get to hiphop city and their 1000 dollar ticket for going through the core.
Plenty have been nailed and there are barn sized signage telling you not to do it.
And you go off and do it anyway. Not very professional me thinks. -
I have did that both on 75 and on 20. In the wee hours. Stayed in the right lane running 55-60. Never had any problems. But it is a crap-shoot and the odds are sooner or later you will find that cop that will stop you.

I know a guy that has done it several times (ahem) and didn’t get stopped. He did pass several trucks pulled over going through there.
