Good trucking companies in Massachusetts question

I am new to this forum and am not familiar at all with trucking business. I don't have anything to contribute to the forum but would like to get some help.

My younger brother is a truck owner and has been trucking for Intransit Contrainer in MA for several years. His daily back and forth route is b/w Boston, MA and New Jersey. He just told me that he would start his new job with Bridge Terminal Transport (BTT) in MA next Tuesday (10/11). He said that at BTT, he would need additional chasis (i have no idea what that means).

So my question is, is BTT a good and reliable trucking company to work for? Are there other options that my brother should consider?
