Good company in Phoenix AZ??

Hey guys im new here to the forums, I want to make a change and move on to bigger and better things. I delivered beer for almost 3 years and now im doing foodservice which sucks but the money is "ok"
So I recently got all of my endorsements and I want to get into freight or something that pays better but I want to local p&d
So anyone have advice on which is a good company to go to in my area?
O.D, yrc,abf,estes,central freight lines are some companys that are close to me.

Thanks for the info dont really know a whole lot about line haul but I dont think any of those guys are currently jiring for that either cause p&d is all I see everywhere

 

Nice thats sounds pretty legit, I have applied for abf and saia but estes is not currently hiring and o.d. dosent wven pay overtime I heared. But I just need to get a foot in the door somewhere.
