    NM and OR are toll states. Basically speaking. Gotta have trip permit or account.

    OR might fine you if you don't have it before crossing state line.

    It’s only $5 per year. Online only. They just refer to online records.
    The fine for not having it. They’ll take credit card, anything but personal check at the weigh station.

    New Mexico
    Oregon
