Genco Inc DBA ATI Trucking......Avoid this guy at all costs.

His way of doing business is completely unprofessional. He doesnt support his drivers while they are on the road making him money. No layover pay, no detention pay, crap rate per mile, and he is an arrogant prick on top of all that. Likes to talk to his drivers like they are his boys or his ####### and doeant like it when a man stands up to him amd tells him whats up. Avoid the headaches and the stress stay away from ATI Trucking out of Hesperia,CA. HE also has a Skyways Truck Driving School on the lot as well. I wouldnt let my dog attend that school. Run down equipment, back area to learn skills in, and if its like the rest of his outfit its probably cut rate. Pass the word. This guys equipment broke down on me 4 out of 5 runs. Stuck for 4 to 6 days not making any money but dealing with the service techs and managers that were attending to his truck. Didnt get any pay for that. Terrible company. So I nurse the truck home after getting a dianostic check done he tells me take it to the repair yard. They call you when its ready. Guess what.......no phone call. After 5 days I called the repair yard myself and they tell me that someone else picked the truck up days ago. So I guess the new driver will have all the bugs worked out of the truck for him......########### people

 

Funny thing is.....he's all over Craigslist trying to hire drivers and there are more warnings about his company on there than Ive ever seen for one outfit. Thing is he3 has Skyways Driving school there also and they too will have to live down his reputation, as will Landforce Trailers who hire owner/ ops to pull there trailers. This guy has his trucks in thereaqs if he's the o/o and driving them all by himself. Sister companies they call it......bunch of good people working for a childish rich guy who thinks he can treat the American trucker anyway he chooses. Not this one he wont. I'll stand up and I'll speak up....and I'll treat others exactly how they treat me. Good gets good and bad gets....well you know how we do it. Nobody talks to me like im their boy or their ##### cuz im neither one and i will let you know about it. I never quit the job and I never failed an assignment.I had to fight many mechanical and admin issues but I got done with my assignments without fail. He must have fired me because he's never talked to me about it but theres some other sucker driving my truck out of the repair yard without me being told i wasnt picking it up.....hmmmmmm. Thats about his way of doing things so im not surprised. movin on to bigger and better opportunities......Be safe out there.
