Fx Freight exchange of north america is a bad comnpany to work for!!!!!

I've been with F/X for almost 4 yrs.. I have been treated with nothing but respect, never had a paycheck be late or non collectable, plenty of freight, both out and back home, which is what this company does. The weekly settlement deductions are fair and specified before you take the job and it's non forced dispatch, paper logs and no qualcomm.. if you're looking for that greener grass on the other side of the fence, well then good luck my friend.. there's no such thing as a perfect business.. and though they may not be perfect either, they sure do come close.. I'm a real driver and my truck # is 5661. if anyone has questions about F/X and you want true and honest answers, give them a call and tell them to connect you with me.. it's easy to bash a company online but they don't deserve it.. thank you..

 

Fedex Freight is killing its drivers. In the last week had 3 driviers in company I work for applying. What I understand is they are putting freight on the rails and trying to get rid of drivers. Less freight to run on highway. This is what I have found with their centers in NC.

Every company has to adhere to a certain time frame for a random drug screen. If the driver does not complete the test or communicate that there is a delay then the testing facility cancels the test, not the company. This can be researched with any safety department and FX is no different. Also, FX does not lease trucks. If a driver has an agreement with a truck leasing company, then it will be honored for the truck payment provided there is money available from the weekly settlement. Many companies have been disqualified as a leasing agent with FX because of this problem. In order to correct the problem you describe, FX has made changes to their policies and how they work with other truck leasing companies/agencies. I'm sorry to hear that your experience with FX was not successful and hope that you have a place to call home that will support you fully.
