1995 W9. Managed to short my cigarette outlet w a scrap of tinfoil..looked thru and checked a lot of the fuses in te panel, to no avail. None are marked as such.

Anyone know where the fuse for that circuit is located? Or what circuit it's on? I tried all the obvious ones.

    Thanks in advance

It is in the main box-the letters were rubbed down sufficient that I couldn't read it. 30amp fuse for those in the future.

What in the world is that 30 amp fuse for? My cigarette lighter has lost power completely and for the life of me I can't find the problem. Rest assured someday I will get it resolved.

I use it for charging my phone 3x a day minimum..makes a big difference when you need to get ahold of people to get the ball rolling.

Mine shorted because of a tinfoil gum wrapper jammed down inside it, so soon as I rammed the phone charger in (I unplug when not in use) for the first time in a week it shorted....

I don't leave scraps of anything in my truck. And I don't chew gum.
