Does Amazon actually run their own semi trucks?
Usually it is Amazon trailers attached to different company trucks.
And probably many of those crashes are the result of drivers putting up with, and trying to make, those near impossible times that Amazon requires.
I tend to avoid any load that has Amazon on either end, and especially so with Amazon on both ends.
They are great for getting something quick, on the consumer end.
But I would gladly put up with one more day on the delivery time to keep the drivers safe.

I don’t think it’s just any of the above mentioned carriers. The wreckless craziness seems to be everywhere. My last long trip i was getting fuel at pilot and watched a bobtail white volvo attempt to back into the fuel island for some unknown reason. maybe it was just a good excuse to put a few more shock loads on his driveline. There were at least 2 available to pull through but I guess that would have been too easy.
