Can they be just plain rubber gloves? I can't remember where or what I bought three years ago when I started.

I usually carry 2 pairs of gloves. One set it typically a "mechanic's" style glove, and the other is a regular leather pair. I wear one pair until they're worn out, then move on to the next. I typically pull a skateboard so I use the same gloves to fuel that I use to tarp, chain or strap loads down. I guess you could just buy a big box of rubber gloves if you prefer them and discard them after each use. However, I'd just buy a pair of regular ole leather gloves or whatever you can find cheap if it's just for fueling.

I was thinking more like the big, loose black gloves that last awhile. I just can't remember what they're made of. I thought Walmart would sell them but they didn't have them. I don't want to buy them at the truck stop because they'll probably charge $20. I don't want to use leather gloves.

Just the cheap POS ones at WalMart for like $3. Like big garden gloves. When your hands start to smell like fuel, and the gloves are blacker than your 5th wheel, leave them at the pump for someone and get a new pair out of your clothing bag.

I use monkey grips or galeton blue Steels.

My job supplies them since we do tanker work it’s a must to have them. I just use them for everything.

Fingerless gloves. Then you can get hand tattoos and show them off. Bonus if you get gloves with spikes.
