Freightliner M2 112- Any good?

I work for a small company that sells grain bins and we're about to upgrade to an actual semi (we/ve used a 2-ton with goosenecks for 30 years). I found a Freightliner M2 112 not far from us and wanted to see if anyone had any advice/expereince with them. We're looking to haul around 40,000lbs on a flatbed aluminium.

2009 M2 112 tractor
Mercedes Benz 450hp
5-2 Eaton rear
Tandem Axle (52,000 GVWR)
