Walk in can mean many things. You need to find out if its a condo or midroof.

If its a condo there will be no way you can haul it, they are 13'+ and easy to tell. Midroof's should be around 11' tall.

My mid roof will just fit inside a 12 ft door after removing the stacks.

over height in what way? Low bridge/overpass someplace? Picking it up in the air to tow, putting it on a flatbed? Give us some more info to help you better!

Here are two examples. Pic #1 is a condo and #2 is a midroof

    Condo's are 13'4"
Midroof is under 12' on most trucks.

Yeah, it deff wont work on a flatbed. I have seen a few guys haul them on a RGN but they also removed the wheels, deflated the bags both on the cab and chassis. Basically, you will either need to piggyback it or have it towed.
