Been having issues on a 2015 cascadia with 475k the past three weeks with the after treatment system. I’ve been at the Detroit dealer in Omaha three times and had to be towed to the Freightliner dealer today in North Platte.
The codes it’s thrown recently are spn-4357 fmi-4, spn-3510 fmi-4, and now spn-5246. The Detroit shop has replaced the doser valve, line heater, pressure sensor, and ECM. Any ideas?

Are those codes the same as before the dealer started working on your truck or were they able to fix some of the codes??

Spn 3510 is your main problem, and it’s wiring problem with one or a couple cable that are broken or corroded.

So this last visit to the dealer in North Platte because of only one code right, spn 5246?? What’s fmi at the end??

On many Freightliner dash read-outs it list the FMI # number as FAIL #. The FMI/FAIL will lean it toward a wiring issue, sensor reading high/low, etc
