If I left the truck for a few days, the air bag suspension is down and stays down even when the air pressure went to 120 psi. I did replace the leveling valve but still have the same problem. When I put the landing gear down and try to lift the truck a little bit the air bags start getting air and lift the truck to a proper level.
What is wrong? Leveling valve adjustment ?

CK. to see if you were sold a china made leveling valve, some of the valves are bad out of box?

When's the last time you changed your Air Drier Cartridge, you could have gunk in your lines and ports causing blockage and not letting your system work properly?
Verdel Thanks this. -

It is recommended to change it every other year.
I would change it and see what happens.
I had a friend of mine that had a similar problem. When he hooked up to a trailer, the trailer brakes wouldn't release and when his air dryer cut off it sounded weak, like hardly any sound.
He hadn't changed his cartridge for awhile.
We took off the old cartridge and there were all kinds of wet gunk inside his air dryer, which probably caused a blockage and also clogged his filter up.
I installed a new cartridge for him and after driving the truck for a few days everything eventually returned back to normal.Last edited: Sep 20, 2017

I had 2 leaking airbags, this was the problem, but I put a new cartridge on the air dryer also.
