for the MA General Knowledge test, what sections in the MA CDL Manual do you study?

Hey guys I am a new driver and have signed up for private lessons at Parker Professional driving school for my class B license. My question is what sections make the General Knowledge test for the Massachusetts commercial drivers manual? Here is a copy and past of the MA CDL Manuel

P.S. I am planning on taking my General Knowledge test this Wednesday and the Air Brakes the following Wednesday

 

@Longarm Well the thing is that I need to pass my general knowledge and my air brakes before Parker will allow me to take private lessons. So if you or anyone can tell me what sections to study it would be much appericated.
