For those who use Foley's carrier services watch your bank account, if you've every paid them with an
bank card like I have. When I paid them last year after having problems with their services I informed them I
was going to discontinue their services at terms end.
They are doing auto renewals on accounts now even without the customers permission.
I've had to call them and wait a really long time to finally be told that they would refund my money.
I haven't seen the refund yet so I don't know how long they will take doing it or if I'll have to advance an
    reversal of charges against them.
For those who haven't been told yet Foley's now have what they call of network of approved
testing facilities which can be a long way from your operation. If you use an out of network facility the cost will be around 85.00 per test, which is actually more than a walk in dot test cost in most places.
I have noticed a change in Foley's business practices since I first signed up with them in 2007.
Originally I was told my plan was 80.00 a year renewal for life. that life ended in 2010 and went to 110.00
and services have went down ever since. So much for the old "lifetime" rates.
If your looking for a new pee testing company DON"T use Foley's.
Use possibly OOIDA at least they do a little to represent the small operator (I mean little) but others do nothing.

How ironic that a pee collection company would be called "Foley"
Don't know what a foley is, look it up.

I used Foley back in 2005. I felt they were a little pushy. I prefer not to do business with them.

Use a credit card, Never use a bank card where there is a direct debit from your account.

This way you have the credit card company (Visa/Mastercharge/whom ever) behind you. If they think there is fraud like this example, they will take care of it, many times refusing to process anything from that company as punishment. Plus you will get the money taken off.

Bank card said visa on it, but they still hold my money. Called bank today they said the can reverse charges but would be easier if they just refund money like they said they would.

That's better than nothing, seeing that they can reverse the charges, they (the company) gets a charge back, Visa can suspend them easily if too many charge backs occur. I would also see about complaining to Visa too.

By the way, there are some banks that issue bank cards that don't have Visa or Mastercard on them, but can be used as one.

Far off distant memory, may have been back in NZ - but I recall that , a card that asked you at POS (point of sale), debit or credit , and payment method swiveled between accounts.

I exclusively use credit card, for the theft protection, i.e. - unscrupulous vendors.

Never, never, never use your "debit card" as debit. Don't use that PIN #. In fact lose the PIN # and forget you even have one. Anyone who gets that PIN can clean you out and you are out cold but if they only use your debit for credit transactions you will get all of your stolen funds credited back. Always tell them credit to get the exact same protections as a regular credit card. OP your bank should be able to reverse those charges without question. I know my credit union will. I've never taken kindly to auto-renewal.
