This answers a question I've always had. I never thought they would make it easy to dodge the coops.
I remember trying to get around the one leaving on 95, Google mapped a few ways and found one that I thought avoided an ag station as well. I figured sneak out without a trace. I learned many, many lessons that night... -

I got pulled over on I75 once with pet food.
Made me to break the seal and open the trailer. He briefly checked the paperwork and looked at the load.
When I told him, that the load was inspected from US Agriculture at the port of entry, he was surprised, filled out his report form and sent me on my way. Took 5 minutes. -
