This is s flatbed company based in Houston Tx. They take money from you for Escrow even as a company driver. Then when you end employment they do not even as much
give you a piece of paper. Also they do the dispatch is like Fed Ex next day delivery. No matter what they have to take care of customer even if it means breaking the hours of service law. I am not a bad person
to report them to DOT but I am here tp warn drivers. If you work with them forget getting your escrow back. They will not give it to you.

    Upinsmoke Thanks this.

Was this a 1099 job? Lease/purchase? Your truck leased on with them? No matter. They have 45 days to return your escrow. What did the contract you signed when you started say. You did sign a contract, correct?
You posting here can help others avoid a bad company but only if you provide a lot more info.

Reporting them to DOT doesn't necessarily make you a bad person.

    Upinsmoke Thanks this.

Also your claim that hours of service violations equals one word back to them.

    "No."

Anti corection laws have been in place at the federal level since 2012. If you bust HOS, it's your own fault. Like really outrageous blatant running 100 hours and logging 40 etc.

    Upinsmoke Thanks this.
