Started getting cab vibration when moving 60mph and up. The vibration goes for like 10-15 sec then stops for about 10sec and then everything repeats. When i put more gas while it vibrates then vibration is even worst. I checked drive shaft and the middle one that connects to diffr. has split yoke that moves back and forth (depending on the angle) and when i push shaft up and down it has play to the point where it bangs (exactly where the split yoke is, under the cover). So i want to know if its possible to fix it and how much it would coast? thanks
Fixing Split Yoke on Drive shaft, how much?

The cost of a new slip yoke can vary widely. If you pull the driveline yourself and take it to a shop that specializes in driveline repairs it would be cheaper. If you take the whole truck to a truck shop to do the job and they remove and send the driveline out for repair there may be considerable markup on parts and labor of the repair to the driveline.

well, i was thinking about removing it and taking it to the shop myself, but now i am thinking, is it really that hard to remove yoke from drive shaft?

The spline stub half of the yoke is welded to the driveline tube. They put it in a lathe to remove the weld and then weld the new stub on and balance the shaft. CAUTION: Don't try this at home!
