I know Carhart makes a fire resistant pair of jeans and shirts I seen last year, I think the jeans cost about $50.00. Shirts about $10.00 less.

If you're in a part of the country that has oilfield activity nearby you can find FR clothing at Walmart, Boot Barn, and other places like that. Expect to pay double what normal clothes cost.
rabbiporkchop and RockinChair Thank this. -
Bulwark, Carhartt, Wrangler, Cinch, Ariat .... have used em all. Bulwark has the warmest jackets, and best fitting overclothes. I'm tall ... so I liked the sizing options from Carhartt the on shirts. Jeans are Jeans.
Google is your friend when it comes to finding a retailer. I can say the people at Mettrys Department store in Wynnewood, Ok are good people. They do online ordering.Last edited: Sep 6, 2016

My employer provides Wrangler FR jeans. The ones I've seen in retail stores are about $60 each.

Do a google search for FR clothing. Prior oilfield and all of our clothes were FR. If you aren't in a oilfield area look up www.frsafetycloseouts.com for some good deals. Ariat makes a comfortable pair of FR jeans, carhart has a good lightweight twill pant that is good for warm weather.

Anyone know who makes / sells an FR shirt that is cool in hot weather, lightweight, and preferably 100% cotton?
