What do you guys do when your out on the road and you need a doctor, I can't seem to find a minute clinic or a take care Clinic, and all of the immediate/urgent care centers are to #### small to get a truck into, I'm in Troy il right now, if any one knows of anything in the area

Would this place work? IT says open till 8pm - will try and check Google Maps to see if there is truck parking nearby. In the South, a good number or CVS clinics have Minute Clinics. The parking thing will still be a crapshoot no matter what. Hope this helps and hope you feel better!

Thanks guys, I'm heading to our terminal tomorrow so I think I'm gonna try to suck it up and make it (it's only a 4 hour run) and see the doc there, or take a shuttle, I don't have the $ for a cab right now

It depends on how serious the problem is. If it's life and death I don't really give to craps about parking my rigs hospital bound one way or the other, truck routes, and what not go out the friggen window. If it's not life and death I'll suck it up till I can make it back to the house...and then take the great wonderful ### chewing from my doctor when I get back about how I should've come back sooner to get checked out.

If you hurry they are open to 8pm. There is a big Kmart right beside them. It's about 4 miles SW of Troy.

Scratch that one. It's an Xray support clinic.

Anderson County hospital looks like your only choice. You'd have to bobtail in there. Are you loaded? If so grab a taxi.

there is a hospital in Granite city, up the road from the E. St. Louis Pilot. For future reference, go north on 203, past the pilot, about 3 miles, make a left on 23rd St, it goes through the steel plant basically. Hospital is on your right, before you get to Madison. I know they have an ER, I don't know for sure about urgent care. They are called Gateway Medical Center. We go there for physicals and they are really close to the Pilot as I said.

Sorry I didn't catch this post until now...

Try this one. They have a phone number, so call first.
It's north of I-270 by about a mile, and west of I-55 by 3.5-4 miles. (N/W of Troy, IL)

    Anderson Hospital Express Care
    17 Ginger Creek Meadows,
    Glen Carbon, IL ‎
    Phone: 618-656-9777

It seems it's a different "Anderson Hospital" branch,, than the one Marlin46 and CondoCruiser had listed.
