Lone Mountain seems to be a pretty popular one. I believe there is a thread in here somewhere about them.

Look in the back of Truck Trader.

Unless you have really really bad credit, most of the manufacturers will approve you if you have a real down payment saved up. Don't expect 6 percent interest tho.
gpsman Thanks this. -
I bought my truck from Arrow truck sales and I have bad credit

Smokey Mountain lending might be one to check out of NC. The terms are ugly though.

Check with your bank about an SBA loan. It us government insured so the qualifications are usually relaxed somewhat.

Northland credit corp will finance commercial equip with good/ bad credit or first time buyers. keep in mind your going to pay a little extra for it but with bad credit, what are you other options!
Give them a call, you can go out and find the truck/ trailer you want, have the vehicles info faxed over to them and they will figure out the payments bases on the dealer asking price and your credit.
If you make your payments on time you won't have a problem with them, but if you plan on running and never making a payment well you know the drill!
good luck!
Google northland credit corp. They Are in MNTeamTruckMoney and Battle Born Thank this. -
Just be aware that if you've got bad credit, they're going to stick you with a high int rate. Somebody mentioned arrow. I went there once and the wing nut salesman there quoted me 12-20% and I've got good credit.
That cost him a sale. -
There is a company near Chambersburg, PA called Truck Tech, I believe. I don't know anything about them, but their advertising says that they deal with bad credit. There are some buy here, pay here lots, but you will pay through the nose. In fact, you can buy, or almost buy, a decent used truck for the down payment that they require. Before you jump into one of these high interest loans, you may want to think about saving more money and just pay cash. You didn't mention how much you have for the down payment, but you might be able to pay cash if you save a little more.
Tobytob Thanks this.
