    The purpose of the process agent is to ensure that any legal paper work or summons are accepted by a representative of the company. it is cheap and it is easy to do for all the states that are required to have it done.

    if you are a ooida member they will file it for you for free, if your not a member you probably should be, might not agree with them on everything but one of the few groups that stands up for the little guy.
