We moved out to Yuma to go to truck driving school and we now have our CDL a. We want to team drive but due to my bf’s past he is getting turned down for every job. Does anyone know any second chance companies that will hire him? Both of us? His last charge was last year and that is why it’s so hard. We moved from California to get away from the past and it’s like it’s following us.

Because it was last year. I really hate to recommend them but it’s looks like the Russian companies out of Illinois are the best candidates. Because you two are teaming it will be a lot better than solo.
The next best option is scouring Indeed for owner operators to small companies depending on where you live.
I would download Tentstreet and start blasting applications since it pretty much prefills your information. AND MAKE SURE he includes the charges so he doesn’t waste his time taking useless calls.Bumper Thanks this. -
Try Western Express.

Try these, which (in the past) would do a review on a case-by-case basis:
- Knight Transportation
- J B Hunt
- Millis Transfer
-
Trucking Services - Otto Trucking
We are a 2nd chance company.
