    Taylor Transportation, LLC is looking for professional drivers for our team!

    What we do:

    Taylor Transportation specializes in concert touring and entertainment production trucking while building lasting relationships and providing superior service. Whether it's a multi truck extended tour or a one truck one-off, concert or theatrical, trade-show or special event, we provide for our clients needs. We provide well maintained trucks with qualified drivers. Our drivers are friendly, courteous and professional, each carry a mobile phone for easy access and direct contact and each know what it takes to keep a tour rolling and on time. Our 53' Greatdane Trailers are equipped with interior lights, double logistics posts, load bars, load straps, and long ramps. Our goal is to be the first and only call for our clients entertainment production trucking needs.

    What we offer:

    Our drivers are respected and appreciated by both us and our clients, and are team members that matter. Our drivers are paid a daily rate, driving or sitting, plus earn per diem and gratuities. Inexperienced touring drivers can expect to make over $50,000 per year with experienced drivers making more. Insurance is available after 90 days. Meals and showers are typically provided on show days when on tour. Our fleet currently consists of Kenworth tractors, mostly T660s, with refrigerators and APUs and Great Dane trailers.

    What we are looking for:

    • 25 years or older
    • Current CDL A license and valid medical card
    • Two current years of OTR experience
    • 5+ years, or 500k mile, experience OTR verifiable, 48 states.
    • No more than 2 DOT violations in the past 3 years
    • No more than 1 accident in the past 3 years
    • Current passport, or passport card, and the ability to enter Canada
    • Work well with others and be a team player
    • Be able to stay out for 3-4 months at a time.

    Do you offer a rider program?, also do you hire out of the D/FW area?

    We will hire out of the DFW area, but we do not have a rider program.

    It's rare that we need team operations as most runs are usually less than 450 overnight, so we don't hire teams. There is the possibility of being assigned separate trucks and put on the same tours when possible, but there would be times when you would be on different tours or schedules.
