ELD not working

    Does anybody know what happens if your eld isn’t functioning properly. My hookup isn’t working correctly with the ecm plug in. Any ideas on what will happen if checked by dot?

    Have paper logs to cover your tail.. like normal.
    Better be able to demonstrate or show that it's installed and inoperable for whatever reason as I'm sure they won't just take your word.

    Did you just install it today ?
    A trial run to help work out the bugs probably would have been optimal.

    Keep Truckin would not let me log in the whole day. Their servers must've been overwhelmed. After ObamaCare first day system fiasco, you'd think they would not embarrass themselves like that, after all, they should have know how many users they could expect to log in on this very day.

    I figured I could use the 8 day provision for eld going down. Will have new plug by the end of the week.
