I'm an owner operator of a 2005 Peterbilt 357 tri-axle and would like to know if anyone has input on how well dump body vibrator units work. I live in the north east U.S and I'm having trouble getting material stuck in the upper part of my dump body. Body is in good shape generally. All feedback welcome.
    Thanks , Lefty54

I like a vibrator, but don't think for one minute that it's going to get everything out, there are some things that you're just going have to shovel or sweep out. You might consider a liner but that won't guarantee everything is going to slide out either.

They sure help. I'd recommend a Vibco, they seem to work the best out of ones I've been around. I'm actually about to replace a old Cheetah branded one with a new Vibco.

Sometimes though with sticky sticky stuff theres no way around needing to shovel, that or it freezing.

For a short time in my early twenties I ran a dozer at a landfill. We got a lot of guys bringing paper sludge in frameless dump wagons, some of the o/o's claimed to spray the front corners with pam spray. Maybe they were just screwing with me, but whatever they were doing those guys never had product sticking up in the top like the company trucks would.

They work they will get most out but not all. Get a vibe and a heated box. Or a little antifreeze or fuel sprayed in the box works wonders

You must be referring to EFRA, Environmentally Friendly Release Agent, aka Diesel
