That doesn't tell me what the rates are like and I don't trust the company to be honest about it

I just spoke to somebody in recruiting and they said they're looking for owner operators to beat the hell out of their trucks on dirt roads full of potholes for $3,500 a week.
So that tells me paying out 25% to a company driver would be less than $1,000 a week gross pay hauling Frac sand up in northeast Pennsylvania which is pretty much what I suspected to begin with.
I wouldn't be surprised if the rates are actually lower,
But what the lady said over the phone was bad enough to keep me from being interested.

Yes potholes with any drilling job; and you do beat the hell out of a good truck. So to make big money hit the dirt roads like a scolded ##* cat;;; which beats your truck to death ever more.

Truck with a sleeper sucks on lease roads i.e. dirt roads

    rabbiporkchop Thanks this.
