Was wondering if anyone knows of any comp. that will pay a driver cash for driving....?

I need to start making money soon! I am broke and can not get a regular job due to my back injury, long story but I cant take a regular job because of "workmans comp" type issues.

hum, the only things that comes to mind is smaller 1t type jobs like hauling firewood or other people's junk to the city dump etc. So if you got a 1t truck, I would check out Craigslist.

    Best of luck,

It will be hard to find that type of situation. Anybody claiming income and paying taxes will need the deduction of the wages they pay you. If they don't have the deduction, they pay taxes on your income.

You need to find something that is a cash business where the person paying you isn't paying tax on all his income. Another idea, find someone that would pay you that way, if you took a cut to cover their taxes on the money.

Just throwing out some ideas based on how I would see it if I was the one paying cash. Firewood, vending machines and handyman jobs are often cash. I don't see a trucking company doing this. Too many places to get caught up and too expensive. The person paying you could face fraud charges too.

Sorry, probably not the answer you wanted and I'd be the last to say you can't find anything like this. Good luck.

look for a local dump truck company, i know of one in charlotte, NC that'll pay cash, hire felons straight out of jail, hire guys with DUI's....they also spend more time on the side of the road with a DOT guy behind them getting inspected but they'll hire anyone....

You aren't being real specific, but it sounds like you are asking for help to defraud either a public or a private entity, worker's comp.:biggrin_2554:

Well, you can look at that way or you can have some empathy for someone not making any income to support their family...you choose.

And hey, if he's lucky, he won't be the one that plows into a train.

If you are capable of working why not just get a job?
You want to work for cash and collect workmans comp?
No matter how you look at it that is fraud.

A driver with active back problems, that is collecting or trying to collect workman's comp, but also needs more money. Jeez, if that doesn't set of a business owner's buzzers and bells, then whoever would hire you and agree to pay you cash under the table, I would worry about actually getting paid!
