DOT physical locations

All he has to do is check with the truckstops they can usually point him to one.

 

Several of the larger truckstops like petro do those.

He can look in the yellow pages at some of the larger cities. Look under occupational health. Or even prompt care types. Then call them and you can find that they do them.

 

I got my last one at a clinic next to the Petro at Girard,OH.If he is coming back west from NY.it is on I-80 on the OH.PA.line.

 

Just do a search of "DOT physical locations" and include the city he is in at the time and it will come up with information for the local area. Most clinics are able to perform this physical. Some may need the forms from the DMV. Hope everything turns out ok.

 

I administer DOT physicals in Denver, CO at the TA Truck Stop off of I-70, exit 266. The price is $50 for the DOT physical exam. I'm there M-F, 8am to 5pm. Walk-ins are always welcome, or anybody can schedule online from my website, dot- physical - exam. com.

I know the original post is old, but if he's ever through Denver, he can stop by and get his DOT exam done.

I wont make any reccomendations about who they refer to but it is a place to start looking. They do list DOT physical locations.
