DOT direct observation mandatory for follow-up drug testing

Do they hold it for you?

 

I guess I'm not understanding...if a driver had already passed, and was still placed OOS for some other infraction, why need to test again?

They probably just want to collect the fees for the extra tests. They're getting as bad as the beggers and lot lizards.

 

Its simple, tell the person "observing" to hold the cup while you fill it and their job is done...............

 

I hope they wear a rain suit if they watch me cause there gonna get wet my aims not what it used to be

I, for one, agree with the new direct observation procedure for all make-up tests after a FAILED drug screening.

after 13 years in the army i have no problem peeing in a cup with someone watching (cant pee in the toliot if my wife is in there though), but i dont have to worry about ever failing one unless they start testing for copenhagen and mountian dew

and from first hand experiance, being the watcher is not a job i ever enjoyed......but they are gonna have to emply alot more men in this profession....every wizz quiz i have ever had there were nothing but female employee's, and im sorry, but no female is ever gonna see me make water

 

You mean I was'nt supposed to use that jar with the pretty flower's when I went for my first test.....I felt awful exsposed in that lobby.No wonder they all got mad!! Well I'm just an old hill-billy , it was warmer than the out-house.....I passed and did'nt even study...I did'nt get invited back, rude & curious folk's....
